Two days full of food and wine events, guided tours, concerts, exhibitions-market, and every evening at sunset the evocative show of manual salt collection. An ancient rite that in addition to being an unmissable event, thanks to a unique scenario between water tanks, windmills and white pyramids that turn pink when the sun goes down is also an important production reality of the Trapani coast.
Every day, at the Nubia Salt Museum, the gastronomic village will be set up, with typical products and the zero-kilometer flavors market. On all two products of excellence in western Sicily: the sea salt of Trapani and the red garlic of Nubia, both Slow Food presidia, which will be protagonists of cooking shows, demonstrations and insights that will enhance their culinary and nutritional value.
