Our villa in San Vito Lo Capo is accessed by a large veranda where we find a living room, a masonry kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the first floor we can find a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large outdoor veranda.

The property is completed by two terraces on the ground floor and a private parking space.

Cancellation Policy

* For cancellations made prior to the 31st day before the start of the stay: Sanvitolocapovacation will keep the deposit paid (equal to 30% of the total) available to the customer for a subsequent booking during the season or in the following one at one of the managed facilities by the company, depending on availability. In exceptional cases due to force majeure, the deposit will be refunded.

* For cancellations made between the 30th and the day before the start of the stay and in case of no-show by the customer (No Show): Sanvitolocapovacation will have the right to forfeit the deposit paid by the customer (equal to 30% of the total).
