Villa Glicine with wonderful sea view is located only 30 meters from the sea. We access the ground floor of our villa in San Vito Lo Capo from a furnished patio where we find a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a covered sun porch. On the back of the house we find a big kitchen with table and chairs. From the internal staircase you access the first floor where there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower one of them ensuite and a large balcony with sea view.

The property is completed with a large terrace on the front which allows you to spend pleasant moments outdoors.

* For cancellations made prior to the 31st day before the start of the stay: Sanvitolocapovacation will keep the deposit paid (equal to 30% of the total) available to the customer for a subsequent booking during the season or in the following one at one of the managed facilities by the company, depending on availability. In exceptional cases due to force majeure, the deposit will be refunded.

* For cancellations made between the 30th and the day before the start of the stay and in case of no-show by the customer (No Show): Sanvitolocapovacation will have the right to forfeit the deposit paid by the customer (equal to 30% of the total).
