* For cancellations made prior to the 31st day before the start of the stay: Sanvitolocapovacation will keep the deposit paid (equal to 30% of the total) available to the customer for a subsequent booking during the season or in the following one at one of the managed facilities by the company, depending on availability. In exceptional cases due to force majeure, the deposit will be refunded.

* For cancellations made between the 30th and the day before the start of the stay and in case of no-show by the customer (No Show): Sanvitolocapovacation will have the right to forfeit the deposit paid by the customer (equal to 30% of the total).
