In exceptional cases due to force majeure, the deposit will be refunded.

* For cancellations made between the 30th and the day before the start of the stay and in case of no-show by the customer (No Show): Sanvitolocapovacation will have the right to forfeit the deposit paid by the customer (equal to 30% of the total).
